| Prof. Dr. Serkan Çelik Hacettepe University Primary Education Department Instructor | Prof. Dr. Serkan Çelik graduated from Uludağ University English Language Teaching Program in 1999. He completed his PhD at Ankara University Faculty of Educational Sciences Computer and Instructional Technologies Education. Dr. Çelik also continued postgraduate studies at the University of Texas at Austin, Information School, Information Managament in 2015. He worked as a lecturer at Ankara University (2004-2009) and Boston University (2007-2008). After that, he started working as an Assistant Professor at Hacettepe University Faculty of Education Elementary Education Department. Dr. Çelik received his Professor Degree from the same department in 2020. His research interests are mainly computer education and instructional technology, elementary school education, teacher training for primary school. |
| Prof. Dr. Ali Ersoy Anadolu University Primary Education Department Instructor | Prof. Dr. Ali Ersoy graduated from Anadolu University Educational Sciences Department Curriculum and Instruction Program in 1999. He also completed his MSc (1999-2002) and PhD (2002-2006) degrees at Anadolu University Primary Education Program. He also worked as a research assistant and assistant professor in the same department. He received professor degree in 2018 and has been working as a lecturer at Anadolu University Primary Education Department. Dr. Ersoy is a lecturer of many graduate and undergraduate courses. and received his Professor Degree from the same department in 2020. His research interests are mainly elementary school education, teacher training for primary school, learning of primary level students. |
| Assist. Prof. Dr. Nida Temiz Başkent University Primary Education Head of the Department | Assist. Prof. Dr. Nida Temiz graduated from Gazi University Primary Education Department in 2001. She completed her MSc (2002-2004) and PhD (2004-2010) degrees at Middle East Technical University Educational Sciences Department. All in all, she continued her studies related to primary education during her graduate studies. At the same time, she also worked as a research assistant (2006-2011) and has been a lecturer at Başkent University Primary Education Department since 2012. Now, she has been working head of Primary Education Program. |
| Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tülin Haşlaman TEDU Primary Education Head of the Department | Tülin Haşlaman got her bachelor’s degree in 1984 from science education at Middle East Technical University and she got her MA degree from Computer Education and Instructional Technology at Hacettepe University, in 2005. She also got her PhD from the same department in 2011. She got Assist. Prof. degree in 2019 from YÖK. She worked as a mathematics teacher in Vocational Educational School at Hacettepe University between 2002-2005. Between 2010-2012, she taught both undergraduate and graduate level courses as a part time instructor at Graduate School of Education at Bilkent University. Dr. Haslaman’s research interests are self-regulated learning, teacher education, instructional design, teaching methods, instructional technologies, the integration of information and communication technologies in learning and teaching process, and distance education. She has been working at TEDU since 2015. |
| Assist. Prof. Dr. Berrin Genç Ersoy TEDU Primary Education Department Instructor | Dr. Berrin Genç Ersoy, completed her BSc, MSc and PhD in the area of Primary Education, and has a ten years’ experience as a classroom teacher. Her research interests lie primarily in the areas of Turkish as a mother language, Turkish as a second language, vocabulary teaching, vocabulary development, technology enhanced language learning, early literacy, teacher education and gamification. Genc Ersoy conducted several national and international studies and two book chapters on the issue of vocabulary development in language teaching. She has been giving courses and lectures about Turkish Language Education Methods in Primary Education, Turkish Language in Primary Education, Language Development and Literacy Education, First Grade Reading and Writing, Student teaching and Practicum in TED University from 2017 to present day. |
| Yavuz Kamacı TEDU Primary Education Department Research Assistant | Yavuz Kamacı was born in 1996, in İstanbul. In 2018, he graduated from Classroom Teaching Bachelor Program in Hasan Ali Yücel Faculty of Education as an honor student. In the same year, he started his Master’s study at Yıldız Technical University, Institute of Social Sciences, Primary Teacher Education Master Program and got a master’s degree in 2021. He started his PhD studies at Hacettepe University Elementary Education Departmen. He continues his studies on activity-based mathematics teaching in primary school. Yavuz Kamacı continues his academic career as a Research Assistant at TED University Department of Elementary Education as from June-2019. |
| Dr. Ceyda Şensin Ministry of National Education Teacher Training and Development General Directorate | She graduated from Uludag University Classroom Teaching undergraduate program between 2009-2013; In this process, she studied at the University of Ljubljana for two terms with the Erasmus student exchange program in the 2011-2012 academic year. She received her master's degree from Uludağ University Education Institute in 2016 with a research thesis that includes the analysis of her interviews with classroom teachers who have Syrian students in his class. She finished her doctorate education in the Social Psychology, Developmental Psychology and Educational Research program at Sapienza University of Rome. She has been working national education expert at National Education (MoNE) at the General Directorate of Teacher Training and Development, since 2021. |
| Dr. Azize Açıkalın TED Ankara Koleji Özel okul idarecisi (İlkokul Müdür) | Dr. Azize Açıkalın graduated from Gazi University Primary Education Program and her minor was Turkish Language Education. After that, she continued her graduate studies at Gazi University Educational Administration and Supervision Department for MSc degree and at Gazi University Educational Administration, Inspection, Planning, and Economy Department for PhD. Degree. She started working at TED Ankara College Foundation Primary Schools since 1997 as a teacher and continued working as one of the administrative staff. Lately, she has been working as the director of TED Ankara College Foundation Primary School since 2021. |
| Sevtap Yalçın ABC Okulları Özel okul idarecisi (İlkokul Müdürü) | Sevtap Yalçın graduated from Gazi University Elementary Science Education Department in 2003. She started working as a science teacher at ABC Primary Education Level in 2006. She continues working at ABC as the school principal. |
| Seda Akbaş ABC Okulları Sınıf Öğretmeni | Seda Akbaş graduated from Kafkas University Primary Education Department and received her MSc Degree from Gazi University Elementary Education Department. She worked at several private schools such as Anafartalar College and Özel Umut College for six years and has been working at ABC Primary School as a primary teacher since 2020. Seda Akbaş is a primary teacher who loves being with children and her interests are drama, special education and theater. |
| Şevket Temur İltekin İlkokulu Devlet okulu idarecisi (İlkokul Müdürü) | Şevket Temur was born on 09.05.1969 in Avcı village of Mucur of Kırşehir province. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Ankara. He graduated from Kırşehir High School of Education in 1988. In 2002, he completed his undergraduate degree in Social Studies at Anadolu University. Mr. Temur started working in Batman Doluca village on 12.12.1988 and worked as a classroom teacher in Ağrı Merkez Yukarı Dörmeli Village, Ankara Province Polatlı District Alcı Villages and Ankara Province Mamak District Gülveren Primary School and Hamdi Bulgurlu Primary School. In addition, he worked as a school principal at Yenimutlu Primary School in Mamak District of Ankara and is still working as a school principal in Ankara Province Çankaya District İltekin Primary School. |
| Simge Tiryaki Gülten TED Ankara Koleji -Mezun ve Sınıf Öğretmeni TEDÜ Sınıf Öğretmenliği Mezunu | Simge Tiryaki Gülten graduated from TEDU Primary Education Program in 2017. She was the one of the first graduates of the department and studied in 2012 Program. She wanted to be a part of TED Family and to continue working at TED. She has been working as a primary teacher at TED Ankara College Foundation Schools since 2017. Moreover, she conducts administrative roles other than teaching at TED Ankara College. |

Additionally, she worked as a member of the Supervisory Board in Logos, a student society, for one year. She also joined the organization team at the Music Society.
