Before the celebration of International Museum Day between May 18-24, which is also called Museum Week, Dr. Ceren Karadeniz, a lecturer at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Ankara University joined as a guest speaker at ECE 302:Learning Environments course which is conducted by the faculty member of Primary Education Program at the Department of Elementary Education, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tülin Haşlaman. In our event on May 15, 2020, where our alumni also participated, Dr. Karadeniz explained how museums supported students to be active provided that they are organized as learning environments for students in which students are supported to interact with the environment in the learning process. She also shared examples of activities that included how museums are used as a productive learning environment.
