Seminar on Academic Ethics and APA 6th referencing style was held for TEDU Primary Education and Early Childhood Education Program students. First of all, the head of the department of primary education, Prof.Dr. Dr. Prof. Sibel Balcı made her presentation on Academic Ethics. In the presentation, in general, the most common mistakes that students made unconsciously or consciously in their written materials, issues to be considered in order to avoid these mistakes were mentioned and the importance of giving bibliography was made. The second presentation was given by Yavuz Kamacı, a research assistant at the Department of Elementary Education to give information about the reference system of APA 6th style , and Academic Writer program was introduced which will be useful for prospective teachers. At the end of the activity, the students' questions were discussed.
