Dr. Sibel Akin's Partnership in A New European Union Project (KA203)!

As a curriculum development specialist, our faculty member Dr. Sibel Akın has recently partnered in a European Union project (Erasmus+ Key Action 2 Higher Education Area Strategic Partnerships KA203), titled “Energy Usage and Green Public Transportation in Future Smart Cities: An Innovative Teaching Program for Students, Stakeholders and Entrepreneurs” led by Dr. Zafer Yıldırım from the Department of Business Administration at TEDU Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences! The project aims to develop an innovative curriculum on the future green public transportation systems, estimating public transportation demands and organizing public transportation programs in the future smart cities. Among the consortium members of the first European Project to be carried out by TEDU are Sveucılıste U Splıtu (Croatia), Universitatea Politehnica Din Bucuresti (Romania), Univerza V Ljubljani (Slovenia), Atomic Intelligence d.o.o. (Croatia), and the Department of Curriculum and Instruction from Middle East Technical University! The kickoff meeting was held in December, and the project will be funded by the European Union for 24 months!
