Teacher Tuğba Harmankaya, participated as a guest for the prospective primary teachers within the scope of PRED 202 Classroom Management course. Being a teacher of primary education is a very comprehensive profession, both in terms of sheltering in many disciplines and the general principles of the social, emotional and physical development of the children's group at the primary school level. This situation creates questions about classroom management as well. Teacher Tuğba, who took part in many Ministry of National Education projects and shared her experiences both in independent and multigrades classrooms, through her own methods for a more effective classroom management with prospective teachers. Difficult situations and management of them in the classroom, and effective attendance of the students to the lessons in the class of students with different needs were among the topics that teacher candidates were curious about.
